I had booked a strip wax through Treatwell, it came through as a strip wax on their system (they showed me) and then when I came out they realised theyâd accidentally done a hot wax and insisted I pay ten pounds extra because I hadnât told them at the beginning it was supposed to be a strip wax. I did pay because I felt so shocked, but very strange. Wonât be going back.
