Absolutely awful experience.
The therapist barely utter a word to me, applied the nail varnish without removing all of the previous dark colour so it was visible once the application was finished - it also had various lumps as she didn't wipe away the remnants of the removal. Zero hint of an apology - instead rude and abraisive, angrily saying she would remove it. Different more polite therapist removed it. No acknowledgement or even a bye at the end from any staff or management. Terrible.
