I have been many times here the last 10 years and I can say that they are pretty consistent with their treatments. Of course it depends on the beautician, anyway Petra was pretty good in what she is doing and left satisfied with the attention and my pedicure.

Honestly the worst experience I have ever had. I’ve had sugar wax before but never been as painful. She did not care. Was applying wax on my vagina lips!!! Rude lady. Not friendly at all. Even made a comment “I’m just pulling you have the pain” got charged 33 although should have been 32 , at first said hairs were too short although all hairs came out fine. Just a really bad experience. Do not recommend.

Lovely lady and lovely salon
I was just disappointed that i booked a wax that was supposed to cost £20 and when i left the salon was charged £30 as she had used a different wax. I was too embarrassed to argue the £10 difference.
If they are going to use different wax which cost more, they should explain this at the start.
I needed a brow wax and needed my nails done but this stopped me even looking.

The service felt rushed and aggressive - she also took some skin off underneath my eyebrow which is painful and will take time to heal properly
