I prepaid. Came in for my appoint but the “beautician” hadn’t arrived yet. After waiting for a while, she comes in. I noticed they were going to do a strip wax on me, but I had already paid for a hot wax which is also more.
When I mentioned this, they said this wasn’t possible. So I decided to leave. As soon as this happens they said they could do it but it would take at least 45 mins.Why? Because the hot wax was just getting melted!
I decided to leave but they REFUSED to give me my money back.

I was put in the room and left for 10 minutes before the beautician came in and the facial was pretty bad. I had steam for 10 minutes but no extraction - so what was the point of the steam? And I paid for an hour's facial but it was over in less than 50 minutes - I refused to pay for the whole hour. I have had facials here before and they have been really good but this was a very poor experience and I will not be returning.

Pedicure was excellent. Care taken of my feet and attention paid to rough skin and cuticles. Only complaint is nail polish has already chipped slightly.
