I went to get my patch test and they were very unwelcoming, I pre paid for lash extensions she then persuaded me to get lash lift I think because she couldn’t be bothered to do the extensions (kept saying it takes so long and lash lift would suit me better??) Wouldn’t of gone back but I had £15 credit so got shellac nails, same lady did them, they’re bumpy and uneven (wish I could attach pic) and she coincidentally forgot about my credit so tried charging me full price
