Beauty therapist was welcoming and friendly, I paid for hollywood wax and did have some short hairs so did anticipate some burning/ temporary flakey skin afterwards from re-waxing in an attempt to take all the hairs off and this is fine. However after the wax I noticed some regions of hair not waxed at all which could have come out (the hairs on labia majora were longer) and also I noticed a little wax was left on me in another area which has never happened to me before. I still tipped 20%.

The nail colour samples they provide are all broken, not all colours are available or labelled correctly. As it was a last minute booking needed for the next day event I had to settle for another colour. Whilst the lady was polite the quality of the work wasn’t great. I have wonky nails. Nails are not their strong point and the overall quality of Singhar beauty has declined over the years.

Hawfull and still chocked. Dipika has been extremely agressive and rude (moking+haughty behavior). She made me feel extremely uncomfortable and I was half naked. She definitely didn't want to do my waxing. So I refused to be touch. I was too scared to be assaulted: burn with the wax.
In add, for both of us the english is not our native language and she didn't try to be understood and to understand my answers (she didn't have the mood for that).
And now I am struggling to have my money back.
