My facial with Sumra was amazing,my skin looks great after and I had so many massages during the facial I felt so relaxed after. I also I have my Hollywood wax with the team and they are all great with that service as well!

I went to get my patch test and they were very unwelcoming, I pre paid for lash extensions she then persuaded me to get lash lift I think because she couldnât be bothered to do the extensions (kept saying it takes so long and lash lift would suit me better??) Wouldnât of gone back but I had ÂŁ15 credit so got shellac nails, same lady did them, theyâre bumpy and uneven (wish I could attach pic) and she coincidentally forgot about my credit so tried charging me full price
