Always a great experience of waxing with Tina here. She is experienced, understands the need for a firm strip (hurts less) and really listens to feedback. I've been going for waxing here for a couple of years.

Soaked my feet for literally 30 seconds, not a great start for a pedicure. My right big toe smudged when the nail technician removed the toe separators. She used nail varnish remover to remove it, but didn't bother to reapply bottom or top coat and it smudged again the same evening, so wasn't even good for my night out which was the same evening.
The nail technician was very sulky and quiet and made me feel quite uncomfortable. Sorry guys, not a great experience. Will not be returning.
