Went for removal but still lots of acrylic left on my nails. The product they used burnt my skin & they filed down my nail so thin it’s painful. No customer service at all. Kept stopping to talk to other staff members. They didn’t speak more than one word to me. Do not recommend.

As for me, Athena is the best nail specialist in North London. I couldn't find anyone else who could create a beautiful manicure while looking after the health of my nails at the same time. When it comes to pedicures, Athena is also attentive to my needs and has helped me deal with something that's really more of a podiatry issue.

The place and staff were friendly, welcoming and timely. For the first time in getting back waxes in a number of places though, I had quite rough scarred skin on my back for two or three days after. It was also the first time the after care was just oil not a more substantial aloe vera product so I wonder if that was why.

I went to get gel removal. Also some of my nails had broken so they weren’t looking presentable . Perra did a good job of removing, trimming cuticles and making them look good
