Great treatment, nice friendly and knowledgable staff ! Seemed to want me to use my 3 treatments within a short space of time which isn't my plan !

I have visited this salon several times and I have always been very impressed with the staff and their attitude towards you. They are always very welcoming no matter what time of day. The waiting area itself was a bit untidy as it was the end of the day and I did have to wait a little to be checked in but the treatment itself was perfect and I can't fault the therapist. Normally you get offered a drink on arrival which is very nice but this time I didn't. Full marks but could improve by just ensuring the communal areas and treatment rooms are a bit tidier and the drink on arrival is always much appreciated.

The staff here are so friendly and I really like the atmosphere of the salon, the 'relaxation room' to wait in prior to treatment is exactly that. I have been so impressed with the IPL Thread vein treatment itself, the mild pain is gone instantly and residual redness on the area had disappeared before I went to bed. I could see results after my first session and the majority were gone after the second session, when I showed my mum the area 2 hours after my third treatment I couldn't believe my eyes when the few remaining spider veins had vanished! It seemed to me that the treatment is expertly delivered as Lynda quite obviously knows the treatment inside and out and increased the laser intensity on the second session, maybe this experience is what has provided such wonderful results. I am so happy with this treatment that I am having a course on another area, and hopefully I will have equally good results before baring my legs in spring!

A great value package! Welcoming and friendly staff. Treatments excellent, particularly the massage and facial. Complimentary drinks provided throughout our visit.
