I never normally write bad reviews but this has to be the worst set of nails I’ve had. Managed to cut every one of my nail beds but cutting cuticles too close and then aggressive filing. Proceeded to apply alcohol which stings really bad to all the cuts without explaining what she was doing. No apologies when I said it was hurting. Wasn’t asked what shape I’d like, nail table not wiped between clients and no suction on the tables meaning you’re sat in a load of nail file dust.

If you’re not picky, it’s very affordable waxing. She was fast and gentle but does not change the stick/use roller sticks and left some hair. Their full body doesn’t include Brazilian. They charged me for it on top even though I didn’t do back or stomach. It would’ve been significantly cheaper if I paid as separate services. Manicure was overpriced for what it was and I had to ask them myself to clean under my nails. Again, great prices for decent waxing!

Wonderful experience in a clean, friendly and professional salon. The pedicure was exceptional and I’m really happy with the results. The waxing was efficient, quick and clean. The manicure was good - a little disappointed with the shape as I wanted squoval but got square nails, the nails weren’t buffed and I want offered a protective nail coat like I’ve had previously for the same treatment. Will definitely go back though as overall I had a great experience. Holiday ready now!!
