Dia was lovely however when she asked me to check if I was happy I noticed a few hairs which hadn't been waxed. She then plucked them with tweezers but there was still quite a few left and I didn't want to ask again.

Spa pedicure is listed as 1hr 45mins and mine was completed in 45mins. It may be because my feet aren’t in awful condition but they could have left them to soak longer. It was £35 including Biab removal however other nail shops are the same price but have the big chairs with the massagers giving you a luxury feel for the price and time to relax and enjoy the spa element. This wasn’t as luxury as my feet should have been left to soak longer. The technician herself was good but the experience not
