Really disappointed - beautician didn't introduce herself, offer a drink, or talk to me the whole time, never explained what she was doing or when she would touch my face. Only had tilt back chairs in the middle of the salon so uncomfortable. I'm a natural blonde so asked if the eyebrows could be lighter and they came out chestnut brown. Lashes done too heavy so I was back within 24hrs to have them sorted - they removed half and reapplied. Didn't even last a week before most fell out.
