Booked a luxury pedicure, was supposed to last 45 mins. It was 25 max & cost £28,no polish. Filed my nails, edges left sharp, then just wrapped them in cling film with some foot cream. Buffed nails with an e file & little to no work done on cuticles. Feet not dried fully before slapping on some more foot cream & being told you’re finished. Had to come home & wash my feet as there was so much product on them. Staff also audibly arguing about someone which created a tense atmosphere.
