Very disappointed with luxury manicure, was not professional at all, disorganised, nothing was prepared. On the phone sorting other customers out!! Not relaxing at all!!!! went to deal with another customer and just let someone else finish off. Not much hand massage, couldn’t be bothered to even wrap the cling film round my hands properly, then the heater wouldn’t work,, it really was so badly prepared, you wouldn’t have thought I had made an appointment!!!
