I recently had a pedicure and manicure at this salon, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The treatments were not done thoroughly no proper massage was provided, and important steps like removing dead skin or scrubbing were completely skipped. For the price and time spent, I expected a more complete and professional service. Attention to detail and proper technique are important, and sadly, this visit didn’t meet those standards

She did not disappoint! After a brief consultation where she listened intently to my hair concerns and desires, she made thoughtful suggestions based on my hair type and face shape. I really appreciated how she took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for.Rose began by refreshing my color. The way she expertly blended the shades was incredible! I decided to go for a balayage, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The colors are vibrant yet natural, giving my hair a beautiful sun-kissed look. While the color was processing, we chatted about everything from hair care tips to our favorite local coffee spots, which made the session feel more like a visit with a friend than a salon appointment.I highly recommend Rose at S&R Salon to anyone looking for a stylist who is not only talented but genuinely cares about her clients.
