Customer service here is great, they make sure to address concerns/queries promptly and make you feel very listened to. I had some gel X extensions done by summer and i had a great experience - I love that she talks you through the process and is really knowledgeable about nails, things to consider about the different nail treatments, etc. I feel she went above and beyond. Sukhi who I communicated with briefly was also very lovely. Really recommend this place!

Absolutely loved the service atS&R salon . When you come in they ask you if you would like a drink and do their best to make sure you are comfortable. Summer was super quick but did an amazing jobs

I had balayage and nail services.I booked an appointment for a take off of acrylic (from another salon) and BIAB manicure on my natural nails. Rose was fantastic she explained the differences with acrylic and gel, which one would be best for me and my nail goals, summer also saved one of my broken nails.
Summer also advised me on changing my shape to elongate my hands. I’ve always had square nails so was a bit skeptic but am loving the shape.
