Upset about the cut to be honest as it’s not like my reference pictures at all. The stylist did whatever she wanted with it and did the a pretty bad job at the back it’s so choppy with random layers. Not happy about it.

Overall a lovely experience, my appointment was late however they were very apologetic. It was understandable near Christmas. My nails by summer are lovely. As for Rose she made me feel so relax, the head massage was a great bonus.
