My nails don’t look anything like builder gel nails normally look, they are very thick and uncomfortable, the whole appointment was in silence and when conversation was had it was across the room and in Chinese to the hairdresser. Not my most enjoyable experience

Booked this as a last minute appointment, not my usual nail location. I did not find the atmosphere enjoyable at all. My 90 minute appointment was in silence which made it very uncomfortable. I raised preferences on what i wanted from my nails (or what I didn’t want) which were not delivered.

Upset about the cut to be honest as it’s not like my reference pictures at all. The stylist did whatever she wanted with it and did the a pretty bad job at the back it’s so choppy with random layers. Not happy about it.
