I had a lash lift service done a few times at different salons. Unfortunately, during one of the sessions, my eyelashes got burnt and damaged. However, the salon staff was able to repair them and I am grateful for their help. On a positive note, I am very pleased with the lash lift and eyebrow services provided by the current salon. The technician is skilled and I am extremely satisfied with the results.

The lash lift dropped straight out, she didn’t listen to what I said about my hair, my eyebrows are wonky as anything, too which she said eye brows aren’t even but they were before she did them! I tried to message her about it but as I was going on holiday the day after I couldn’t get back to the shop for her to rectify her work it cost me a fortune to get it rectified and she refused to reimburse any of it
