Removal of gel wrong didn't soak it off just filed it all away , nail technician didn't speak English and I had to google translate or speak to Rose the manager on the phone , Biab lasted 2 days rang Rose and didn't apologise.

I booked the most expensive 1-hour slot, but the updo was done in 22 minutes. The stylist didn’t know about my booking. The result was a heavy-gel bun and an oily-looking fringe, nothing like the sleek style I asked for.

Was a real lovely experience, was on heated treatment bed while having my makeup done. Started with foundation then eyes and then applied finishing touches and lashes . It lasted the evening so did the trick. Hair up stayed in place all night and was well commented on, would recommend.
