Had an appointment here and although said I wanted to keep most of the length, my hair was cut too short and curled at the time so couldn't really see the layers that had been cut into it. On washing and drying my hair at home discovered a slightly lopsided cut and the worst layers I've ever had, very random and choppy and not in a good way. Def won't be visiting again
