It was great! Got there early and the staff were fine with that, they were very friendly and got on with doing my hair straight away. They asked me if I wanted a drink and talked through what hair style I wanted, always a pleasure to visit!

The lady that did my waxing was awesome! I barely felt it and she was extremely calming since she knew this was my first time. 100% would go back
