The staff are very nice and personable however some of the treatments I had done lacked professionalism. The pedicure- I asked for square toes and ended up with rounded, nothing used on my feet was sterilized and there was no dryer for my toes. The lady who did the polish did not do a professional job. It was ok but not what you expect from a salon. The shop was quite dirty and run down in the back where I was. There was also hardly any nail polishes that weren’t shellac... and the ones that thu had were NOT salon quality.
Good bits- threading was very good. Front of shop has a nice appearance, the staff are nice.

Best head massage I have ever had, such great value for money with a hair wash included. Lovely staff, I couldn't recommend it highly enough
