Massage was nice and relaxing, Ghazala was very good at listening to my needs as I am very sensitive to excess pressure.
I did feel nice and relaxed after I finished.
Ghazala excelled by offering to either wash my hair aswell (as I also had a head massage) and/or steam my hair - I opted to have it steamed only which was a lovely little extra.
The only downside was the environment-other therapists were going in/out & chatting so was quite noisy at times which spoilt it a little for me.

Waxing was in a basement cellar down some steep stairs. The room was just big enough to hold the bed so the therapist struggled to maneuver around, only one side of bed was accessible. I'd not had any waxing done for a long time and needed some instructions I.e did I need to remove underwear of just trousers etc. but no instruction or any conversation throughout treatment. Bikini wax went OK and was fairly painless, the leg and underarm was left with quite a few hairs remaining and wax on skin
