Waxing was in a basement cellar down some steep stairs. The room was just big enough to hold the bed so the therapist struggled to maneuver around, only one side of bed was accessible. I'd not had any waxing done for a long time and needed some instructions I.e did I need to remove underwear of just trousers etc. but no instruction or any conversation throughout treatment. Bikini wax went OK and was fairly painless, the leg and underarm was left with quite a few hairs remaining and wax on skin

First time having a cut and blow dry at this salon. Shahida was really helpful as I was having layers in my one length hair and she made suggestions and did a great job. Will definitely continue having my hair done there in the future.
