This Salon is an absolute rip off.
They charge over the odds on every single item. You are not paying for personalised service as took 5 hours to just get roots done. You are not paying for superior knowledge as I was continuously given contradicting information regarding Olaplex and in the end had to google the facts to ensure I was given correct treatment.
Charge additionally for toner when most salons include this in scalp colour.
They don't even throw in a cup of tea and charge you £3.50 for a cup of tea or water.
Extortionate prices that are not anywhere near in line with other salons in London. Purely paying for the location and there are many other salons within 5 minute walk charging half the price and will even give you a cup of tea! And a head massage.
Total and utter rip off...
Totally not worth the prices.
Do not go to this salon unless you want to pay for their rent and get no further value for the extortionate prices...
