I had a great haircut, I always felt that I was in good hands. The only downside was that I got charged an extra £5 to get my fringe trimmed, so it was £15 instead of £10

I had a hollywood wax and ended up with an inch-long cut on my labia! Presumably it was caused by the waxing strips, I only noticed it when I got home and showered. It is incredibly painful, and the lady didn't even have the decency to tell me it happened while I was there, which is beyond unprofessional and possibly even dangerous. I've been waxing for years and nothing like this has ever happened to me before. Do not go to this place.
