Absolutely shambolic. Made an appointment online for 11am. I arrived at 10:50 to find the door was locked. I thought maybe they had popped out for a minute. The door was still locked at 11am, so I called the number online only to be told by a woman who could not speak proper english that the shop would be closed till 12:30. No phone call or email to tell me. Moral of the story is to read through the reviews before I had booked an appointment.
Sorry I had to leave one star reviews, but I booked an 0800 appointment and pre-paid, but the shop was closed as late as 0830; I couldn’t wait any longer as needed to get to other appointments. Not good that I booked and prepaid and barber couldn’t be bothered showing up. No way to cancel or request refund I’ve found yet as Treatwell assume the appointment went ahead.
Where do I even begin. Booked a slot to purposely not wait around much. I came in and had to wait over 30mins, there was only 1 person in, not 2, as per the bookings page. To find the venue was something else, operating under a different name, and managed by separate shops next door. We witnessed customers in front of us, having to leave the venue and go to another shop to pay. Then was my turn for the cut. I feel like my hair has been butchered. Should not be a barber! Never again!
