I’ve come here a few times and the staff are lovely and very kind and the place is very tranquil and clean. Unfortunately this time I had the most painful wax I’ve ever had which I thought would be ok but I was in agony for 3 days after - felt like my skin had been ripped :( . I am now not sure whether to return as it’s the first time this has happened but overall I really like this place.
