They cancelled my appointment as the therapist wasn’t in that day. I’m not sure if it was a mistake on the salons part or Treatwells part. I have had problems on two previous bookings- the therapist either wasn’t there or they hadn’t received my booking so I’m thinking there is a problem with Treatwells booking system?
