I had originally booked with Heidi but after some confusion with my booking, my appt was booked directly by Jess who also cut my hair for me. I had a wash and cut - the description for what I had booked did also say that a rough dry would be included but I didn't receive one so left with wet hair! I was also charged £30 but the booking was for £25. I didn't dispute at the time as I had my son and nephew with me who was getting a little impatient! Nice salon and an OK experience overall.
