Absolutely loved my treatment with Sandra, she made me feel so comfortable! I've been getting waxes for years and have never felt as at ease :) Really appreciated it and I'll be back.

Will not come back. Horrible customer service which ruined my day. I thought about it and I actually felt more sad rather than angry when I left the salon. I felt that the hairdresser was very unprofessional. Customers should be treated with respect, and if you’re unable to do it as expected, just say so. No need to be condescending. I’ve definitely seen better service and I’ve seen some stylists who were able to get my expectations or quite close but I understand that some can’t do it. That I was less disappointed with. I was let down by the stylist’s condescending tone like she was talking to a child. You will easily lose customers if you continue to be that way.
