I'm terrible at remembering names so I'm not sure who the nail tech was but her technique was amazing. Fantastic attention to detail. I'm very fussy with nails and I'm very happy with the result. The only issue I have is that there isn't a great range of colours but I got something that works very well for me.

No consultation on my colour (despite this it does look ok). Lots of we extras I wasn't told of which I was forced to pay for later eg a treatment in the bleach (when I was having a keratin treatment separately) later charged £15 for!

I had a haircut and balayage by Ally(?), and she really took her time with me to make sure we got the best results possible. I left the salon extatic and so pleased with my new hair! Highly recommended
