Awful experience
The lady start with a base that was nearly empty and that was not drying under le lampe
After 45 min we had to star over using another base because she made a mistake and was not using the right one.
. That was very stressful
Then one of the lady from the staff told her that one lampe was broken so we had to do manicure and pedicure with one lampe!!! We were running late and Katia start blaming me because she said I was Mooving my hands under the lampes but she just forgot to ad layer on my nails and had to start again.
She was rushing and was telling me that she have another appointment after me and that someone would finish for her. I was even agreed to come back the next day but I wanted all done. I did not have my full prestation with feet soak in water but just one layer on gel on my feet and hands after 3h38 min!!

The dermabrasion machine used did not feel like a good one. Actually stopped working inbetween session. I won't be using them again.

The pedicure was very good. But they were 1.5 hours late for my appointment and the girl on reception was very rude to the rest of the staff-made me uncomfortable
