The staff were really welcoming. We started a little late as the room was unavailable but the staff were apologetic and kept me updated.
The massage was exactly what I needed, Natasha did a good job in the areas I needed more attention on. I will be coming back.

I had to wait quite a while but that was the only issue. Tracey is lovely, and made sure to make the waxing as least painful as possible, overall great experience and will definitely go again.
