I'm about to go on holiday and decided to take the plunge and get my first bikini wax. So as a first timer I didnt really know what to expect. I was made to feel at ease immediately.
the lady did an amazing job, looks great and wasn't painful at all.

I had a colour and haircut appointment on Friday. Instead of a balyage effect I've been left with one flat colour which is ginger instead of blonde, including the parts of my hair which were blonde from my last balyage. I was too upset to stay any longer and discuss this with the hairdresser who was really abrupt the whole time. I phoned the salon when I got home and could see my hair properly, I left two messages - no one has contacted me back since Friday to apologise or advise on how best to fix my hair now (despite my requesting and leaving mobile number).
Hair colour has no resemblance to the picture I showed, though the hairdresser did only glance at the picture and paid very little attention to anything I said throughout. I found the lady who cut my hair unfriendly and unwelcoming though the other hairdresser in the salon was friendly.
Salon was generally quite untidy. Prices are not lower than other much better salons (especially when you add in the £20 toner not included in original price). I wouldn't risk going here for a colour appointment - especially if it is with the blonde lady who did my hair. The cut was ok, quite rushed but fine.
Basically a massive waste of £120 which I effectively paid for an unpleasant afternoon which ruined my hair.

The waxing was fast and relatively painless. It was nice and professional. The only issue I had was with the bed. It was a bit shaky and I felt like it’s going to break under me. It might be worth investing for a sturdier bed, as I couldn’t really relax on this one and it prevented me from giving five stars for an otherwise nice and professional service.
