Staff were incredibly polite and calming. Massage was exactly how I had hoped, the masseuse was very responsive to my feedback about pressure and tension.

I was delighted when I came in for my appointment with Natasha as she is beyond amazing, I’m in awe of my hair so thank u, however I had to pay for the toner separate as I thought it would be part of the deal
