I have been happy with my treatments and want to go back from this point of view but I have been a disappointed with the customer service. My appointment has been rescheduled without consulting me or cancelled, which makes me feel I cannot rely on it. The staff have shown little enthusiasm to compensate for these issues or apologise for the inconvenience. I wonder if things would be better if there were more staff on hand ?

Just awful. Asked to come early so rushed to get there and the ended up waiting anyway. This in itself isn’t so bad but all of the staff there are so unfriendly. Not to mention worst eyelash tint ever, no dye on my actual lashes just all over my face and forehead ?! Avoid!
