Receptionist was lovely and very helpful. I incorrectly booked the wrong type of extensions . The technician would not do anything to help despite the receptionist asking g if any alternatives could be put in place the technician clearly did not want to work that hour as I had been asked to move my appointment to four hours later whilst en route, I therefore lost my money without any treatment.

The staff were not what you’d expect for a salon. Usually the atmosphere in this kind of establishment is friendly and bubbly and they were just casual. The lady was nice during my treatment and I was made to feel comfortable though. The wax was well done and not as painful as previous experiences. Good overall.

I came in for 3D eyelash infills after a bad job done elsewhere. They transformed them to exactly how I wanted them. Very pleased with the result, plus great atmosphere and staff! I will be returning
