Sad to say this is the worst waxing experience of my life. I booked in for a hot wax, arrived and was told that the therapist had never done a hot wax before, would I mind a strip wax. As I was flying out to get married the following day I said sure. The room was filthy, the therapist didn’t clean me in any way and appeared exceptionally nervous. She tried really hard and was lovely but clearly had no experience. I was left bruised and covered in red bumps (not like usual) and wax meaning I had to shave what hair I had left. I am absolutely mortified.

An hour facial, which was 15 mins late starting with no apology, included only 5-6 mins of actual facial massaging. The rest was loading on products. When the steamer was on, the masseuse asked if I wanted a foot-massage, I said yes please to which she then left the room for 5 mins & when returned dabbed my feet with a warm towel. I did not leave feeling relaxed. I thought i would be asked how it was after, but instead she was on her phone in the staff area & had to be prompted to say bye.
