Very thorough wax although not the quickest or most painless I’ve ever had! I was disappointed that my appointment was 10 minutes late despite the fact that I arrived 30 minutes earlier than my original booking at the request of the salon!

I thought I'd give this place a try in spite of their reviews however if you want good customer service I'd avoid coming here. I initially had my lashes done here and within 6 days the majority of them had come off. I regularly get my lashes done and I've never had to go for a refill in less than 3 weeks. I was charged the price of a refill when I was told over the phone that it's likely I would not be charged. I was charged for the inconvenience of their time...yet I was inconvenienced having to travel back there in less than a week. If the job was done properly the first time this situation would have been avoided.
