Rhea was lovely and she provided me a good lash lift for the first time. Next time, it would be good if she could communicate me more about the times of the treatment and the music was a bit loud in the treatment room.

Sim was so amazing. I’ve had lots of Hollywood waxes elsewhere and always dread them but Sim made it pretty much pain free. I was super impressed. She’s also very lovely and professional and makes you feel comfortable and at ease!

Staff were kind and patient, which I appreciated as I’m indecisive and rarely get nails done. However, I booked BIAB for hands and feet - told no colour so paid 10 pounds extra but only received BIAB on hands; toes were just gel. The listing mentioned “Russian cuticle work” but it was a standard soak and trim, not dry e-file prep. Gel application was messy with margins missed and it started peeling within a week. Disappointing overall — I won’t return.
