I went back here last night for a blow-dry and I was amazed at what I was being told. Despite paying £38 for a long-haired blow dry... I was told that it's now £15 more... £53!!! NO way. Anu insisted that the price shown here was for short hair. I said it was 100% for long. She then said that it was for a straight blow-dry. I told them I wanted a refund if that was the case because I could go to Tony & Guy in Mayfair and get it cheaper. Worst of all, the blow dry itself was average,

Needed a quick wash and blow dry. The price wasn't exceptionally cheap but satisfied with what i need. A longer head massage would have deserved a 5 star.

The worst blow dry i have ever had. My tape hair extensions are ruined due to the obscene amount of hairspray used. I asked for pin curls and I got a frizzy unwashed mess. I phoned in anticipation to ensure the stylists knew how to work with tapes, I was assured that they knew exactly what they would be doing (I was lied to)! I have had to book another blowdry at another salon to wash and condition my hair to fix the damage done by this place. Awful. I cannot express my anger enough.
