The place was very clean and tidy. Staff was very polite and friendly. Alina and Annu took well care of me and my hair after treatment looked nice and shiny.

Sadly not impressed. This place was uncomfortable and dirty with clutter everywhere. When you pay to have a service done you expect a certain amount of relaxation, ease, and comfort which I didn’t get here. If the price was half the usual amount then maybe I would understand- however it’s not.
Gammy was great- nothing wrong in her end. The salon is just kinda gross.

Gamma was very professional asking your chosen intensity when starting.
The hour long massage felt like forever and 2 days on as I write this, all those aches and pains seem like a lifetime ago now.
My wife also feels the same as I made a 2hr booking and there are no complaints from either of us.

I was very pleased with my overall experience which was my first Hollywood wax since lockdown.
The additional hygiene regime was reassuring but I was particularly happy with the actual treatment. The beautician was very thorough and efficient as well as friendly.
