I went for the wash and restyle option and Umo was absolutely fantastic. Because of lockdown my hair had really gotten out of hand and I’ve been the two barbers since and neither really sorted my hair. Umo took the time and effort to explain what would be a great way to go forward for my hair and he was really knowledgable on what to recommend. I went for a fairly big change and I’m really happy with it. Couldn’t recommend Umo enough!
Also really Covid safe.

The place was very clean and tidy. Staff was very polite and friendly. Alina and Annu took well care of me and my hair after treatment looked nice and shiny.

Sadly not impressed. This place was uncomfortable and dirty with clutter everywhere. When you pay to have a service done you expect a certain amount of relaxation, ease, and comfort which I didn’t get here. If the price was half the usual amount then maybe I would understand- however it’s not.
Gammy was great- nothing wrong in her end. The salon is just kinda gross.

Gamma was very professional asking your chosen intensity when starting.
The hour long massage felt like forever and 2 days on as I write this, all those aches and pains seem like a lifetime ago now.
My wife also feels the same as I made a 2hr booking and there are no complaints from either of us.
