Anu was amazing, such a good and chilled massage! The room was super relaxing and zen 💆♀️
Not a biggy, but there was hair all over the floor where I was sat and a worker not doing anything (who could have cleaned it)
Overall good experience though!

My stylist was brilliant, achieved exactly the color I wanted after receiving poorly done highlights at another salon. Left feeling so much happier and incredible value too! SO happy this place is my local.

Super hurt because I trusted the stylist & that she’d execute the vision I had for my hair. I even contacted her two days prior to the appointment. I went in with virgin black hair wanting a subtle cool blonde balayage but I left with ginger/blonde hair with black roots & streaks of black. It looked so bad, I went to buy black hair dye to cover it up straight after and almost cried. Unfortunately I won’t be going back. Note: if texture/colour is hard for you to work with, please just say so.
