Unfortunately not really what we were expecting. We had to wait time the stylist went for a cigarette, I appreciate everyone is entitled to a break but the timing could of been better. Sadly we have had tears since my daughters hair cut, it has patches and lumps of hair removed and a very uneven cut. Unfortunately mine is also uneven. My hair was not dried fully and I had a very wet back post the appointment. Despite paying £135 upfront I was also charge an additional 35 on the day.
