Sweta was lovely however once treatment started, after applying the wax she left the room leaving the door ajar … the room I was in was visible to anyone who might enter the salon and walk down the corridor. Which I really wasn’t impressed with, lovely girl but didn’t really feel she knew 100% what she was doing - I was in for over an hour for just a Brazilian which was one of the most painful ones I’ve had.
Wanted a subtle, natural cool result but have wide, gingery blonde streaks plus I was charged extra for roots. On reflection I've never had balayage like it. The technique was do the roots and bleach the ends. When this came up too bright to put a toner on top to bring it down & told to use purple shampoo. Before I've had a base colour all over then lighter bits painted on in different colours. Being told to isolate for Covid they seemed irked by this rather than ok that I was protecting others.
Avoid this place for balayage. She did some sort of ombre style with lighter ends and a horrible bleached fringe covered with toner so I’d walk away “happy”. Not what a balayage is supposed to look or how is supposed to be applied at all!
I knew going back there would only make my hair worse, so I went to a professional colourist to fix my hair and saw how a proper balayage is applied.
Don’t waste your time and money. I should have run away when I saw the other reviews on Google and Treatwell.
