DO NOT BOOK WITH ANU! She is extremely unprofessional, rude and violent! This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a hairdresser! Just like other clients mentioned she is not listening to the clients needs and does whatever she likes! I will NEVER come back to this salon. 0 Stars!!!

My appointment was supposed to last 55 minutes and it lasted 30. I showed pictures of what I wanted: a classic layered cut. The result I got is not bad at all but at the same time I feel it could have been better and more similar to the pictures I showed. I never got my hair washed so quickly - it took approximately 1-2 minutes. Finally, the blow dry also could have lasted a bit more as I have a lot of hair and it's quite wavy/ thick, so it needs a bit more patience for it to be proper straight.

I was a bit upset at the beginning as the lady was 40min late but no hard feelings at the end as I am very happy with the result. Afra is very professional, efficient soft, and caring. It was the first time I was trying eyelashes extensions and I am very happy with the natural look result !

Umo was very knowledgeable about the reasons for doing what he needed to do with my haircut and in explaining why he was approachingit in the way he was. Very detailed in his work and gavebty of attention to what he needed to do. Also very friendly and welcoming despite how busy they were with clients. Highly recommend.
