Honestly the worst experience I’ve had in a salon over many decades. Sprayed my hair with a water bottle and when I asked if he was going to wash it, he said yes after I cut it. I mean? I got a very bad barbers style hair cut. Hopelessly uneven and unflattering which a friend fixed for me. I left without the wash and blow dry that I’d paid for as I just wanted to get out asap.
communications need improvement. First, I didn’t expect to receive a message from Fresha asking to confirm the appointment and pay for it AGAIN. Also, the phone communication ordering me to push back the appointment was a bit aggressive.
